SWA hold a meeting of the middle-level cadres in the guest house on June 22.  The meeting announced the decision on adjustment of leadership of SWA made by the leading party group of Chinalco.

   Mr. Luo Jianchuan as a member of leading party group of Chinalco and president of Chalco , vice president Ding Haiyan of Chalco and related responsible person for Chinalco human resources attended the meeting. Mr,Luo cong ,deputy secretary of Chongqing SAC also attended the meeting. All members of SWA leadership and middle-level cadres attended the meeting.

     Director of the human resources department of Chinalco, Mr.Liu Jianping announced the following four documents issued by the leading party group of Chnalco:

- 《The notice of proposal on appointment and dismissal of Luo Jianchuan and other comrades》,

- 《The notice of  appointment and dismissal of comrades Li Fengyi and Zhao Shiqing 》,

- 《The notice of proposal on appointment and dismissal of Li fengyi and other comrades.》,

- 《The notice of appointment and dismissal of Li Fengyi and other comrades.》

The proposal agreed upon by the leading party group of Chnalco and Chongqing SAC and reviewed & approved by the meeting of shareholders and board of directors of SWA is as follows:

Luo Jianchuan is candidate of director and chairman of the board of SWA; Li Fengyi is candidate of director and general manager of SWA, Dong Hai and Lu Dongliang are candidates of supervisors while Ding Haiyan is no longer serving as a director and chairman of the board, Zhao Shiqing is no longer serving as general manager and director, Liao Zhanshun is no longer serving as director, Chen Xiaochun and Fan Daixing are no longer serving as supervisors.

Appointment and dismissal in terms of leadership of CAS are as follows: Li Fengyi is Party secretary and candidate of director and chairman of the board of CAS, Lu Dongliang and Gao xingfang are candidates of directors, Deng Zhanshu is candidate of supervisor. Zhao Shiqing is no longer serving as Party secretary and candidate of director and chairman of the board, Chen Xiaochun and Wang Chunsheng are no longer serving as directors, Tan Qiu and Fan Yongfei are no longer serving as supervisors.

Li Fengyi is executive director and general manager of Cold Tandem Rolling Sheet and Strip Co.,Ltd of SWA, Chalco while Ding Haiyan is no longer serving as executive director and Zhao Shiqing is no longer as general manager.
