On June 28, Mr. Liu Xuezhu, vice mayor of Chongqing Municipality, accompanied by Mr. Wang Aizu, deputy secretary-general of Municipal government, Mr.Xiao Jiankang, director of Municipal safety and supervision bureau and Mr. Feng Yue, vice-director of Municipal SAC conducted investigation into safety and stability in SWA.. Mr. Liu emphasized that it is need to firmly establish the concept of safe development and endeavor to build a secure and safe enterprise.

Accompanied by leaders of SWA-Mr.Zhao Shiqing and Guo Xiaoping, Mr.Liu investigated into forging plant, hot tandem rolling line and cold tandem rolling line of SWA.He checked SWA’s measures for safe production and asked about safety-related staffing and work.  Mr.Zhao, general-manager of SWA gave a presentation about product mix, technical equipments, process flow as well as safety and stability of SWA.

During meeting held later in Guest House Mr.Zhao presented situation about production, operation and development in recent years, put forward difficulties and proposals in the development of SWA.

Mr.Liu confirmed the positive results achieved by SWA in terms of safe production and construction .He pointed out that he felt long history, brilliant achievements as well as bright future of SWA through field research. He helped that SWA could work harder and implement more detailed measures to set a good example for other state-owned enterprises.
