Special Profiles Production line
To meet the needs of producing subway, light railway and high speed railway domestically, combined with the endeavors from companies in Poland, Austria, German and China, large scaled modern oil hydraulic transmission extrusion line ranked the advanced technical level in 1990s in china was built up in SWA.
This line is equipped with 9500-ton horizontal extrusion press, quick heating round and rectangular induction furnace, Ф420, Ф500, Ф580mm round extrusion barrel, 670×270mm rectangular extrusion barrel and its movable and fixed extrusion gasket system, quick die changing system, advanced tractor and sync hot sawing unit, precision water, fog and gas online quenching device, 36-meter gas automatic cooling table, 360-ton controllable stretcher, precision saw for finished products, multifunction roll straightener, 20-meter artificial aging furnace etc. Extrusion line was controlled automatically by controllable self-contained oil hydraulic driving and PLC system and has the function of positive, reverse (preformed) extruding, rectangular extruding, and punch extruding as well as movable and fixed gasket extruding. It can provide high quality large sized, rectangular width, thin-wall, high precision complex hollow and solid profiles and high precision large diameter thin-wall tubes for vehicle, subway, space and aviation, electric appliance, high speed railway, double layer bus, light railway and luxury bus, ship craft, refrigeration bus, container, radiator, air conditioner, liquefied natural gas tank and other industries.
Various Products and range over a wide dimension
Due to advanced equipments and technology and full-featured functions, all types of aluminum alloy and tubes, rods and bars in all kind of state can be produced in this line. The types and dimensions of various products are as following:
Conventional aluminum alloy and its state: 6×××T5/T6, 7005 T5/T6, 7075 T6, 2024 T4, 5×××R.M
Dimension range of profiles: sectional area: 10.0-150.0cm2
Size of maximum circumscribed circle: Ф650mm, using rectangular extrusion barrel,Ф500mm, using round extrusion barrel
Minimum wall thickness: 2-2.5mm
Maximum height: 300mm
Maximum length: 26500mm
Dimension of thin-wall tubes: Ф100-310×5-10mm
