Forging Line
Forging plant covered 166775.4 square meters’ area, owned the largest die forging and extruding equipments in china, contained three lines: extrusion line, die forging and auxiliary line. There are 47 sets of equipments in the extruding line and 116 sets in the die forging line. Die forging line is equipped with 300MN hydraulic die forging press, 100MN hydraulic multidirectional die forging press, 60MN hydraulic hand forging press, Φ5m ring rolling mill, stock heating furnace, high temperature alloy furnace, die heating furnace, vertical quenching furnace, aging furnace and machining equipments etc. In extrusion line, facilities mainly include 125MN horizontal press, induction heating furnace, vertical quenching furnace, aging furnace, 15MN stretching leveler, 12-rolls leveler, high speed saw cutting machine and machining equipments etc. and the auxiliary line is equipped with high pressure pumping station, circulating pumping station, air compressor plant, sewage disposal system, 20-ton die quenching furnace, 8-meter portal planer, 6-meter portal miller, 4-meter portal miller, 3-meter portal miller, 6-meter numerical control portal miller (GMB2560), C523 type vertical lathe, C534 type vertical lathe and other machining equipments etc.
Large or medium sized aluminum, Mg, steel, high temperature alloy die forgings and large aluminum alloy extrusion products such as tubes, rods and bars, profiles and strips etc. can be produced in forging plant. And the products now are widely used in aviation, aerospace, transport industries in over 80 alloy series and 2000 types.

Approved quality system certificates
In Dec 1987, acquired the license for manufacturing products for Boeing Company, became the only aviation die forgings provider for Boeing Company in china.
In 1997, the forging plant of SWA was approved by D1—9000A quality system of Boeing Company, and in Sep 2001, approved by （BQMS）D6—82479 quality system of Boeing Company. In the same year, acquired the AS9100 certificate which is the first enterprise honored this certificate in aluminum fabrication industry in Asia-pacific region. SWA is the only company got the passport to sell aviation products to U.S.A, UK and other countries in china.
In August 2003, acquired the BVQI certificate.
In Jan 2006, acquired the NADCAP third part quality system certificate
