Melting and Casting Line
Melting and casting line in SWA includes ingots producing and ingots manufacturing. It can produce over 170 types of deformation aluminum alloy, over 100 type of square or round aluminum alloy ingot, the annual output reaches to 259,000 tons. This line also provides aluminum alloy ingots for rolling, forging, extruding processes. The products have acquired the license of manufacturing forging and forging stocks issued by Boeing Company.
SWA held the equipments ranked the world advanced level equipped in ingots producing line such as 9-50 tons aluminum melting furnace, stewing furnace, hydraulic casting machine, melting aluminum online MINT and DDF degassing units and photoelectric spectrum etc.
In ingots manufacturing process, the mainly equipments ranked the world advanced level includes vertical soaking furnace, horizontal soaking furnace, box type soaking furnace, round saw, turning mill, boring machine, gate saw, planer milling machine
